Property Autonomy, Protection, and Defense




No member of the government, armed forces, or any private entity, including corporations, shall be quartered or housed in any residence without the explicit consent of the property owner. Property owners have the right to defend their homes and property against unlawful intrusion or occupation, consistent with laws ensuring public safety and accountability.
